They spent more time arguing with the floor staff, swinging their heads and waving their fingers around in everybody's face instead of finding out the correct price for the items wanted. I just walked out and left my merchandise. I stay in ferndale and i would rather travel to inkster and taylor to go to their thrift stores. At least they have proper customer service skills.
