I just asked the lady to show how to insert staples inside the giant stapler, she said you have to pay $10 as service fee. Things which are available elsewhere is expensive. Like I had to, buy a toner TN 660 for $74 which I had known to be available at Walmart for $68.i just didn't have enough time to go to Walmart.
