The mall area itself is kept clean unlike a lot of others in the area, having went there after a snowstorm surprisingly the lot had been plowed the walkways checked and salted very comfortable to shop there even with my aging mother in toe. Having been to other secretary of state's offices I'm so glad that this one is close by and has become my regular office for any things that I need done
