  Ok....so the staff here ALWAYS come off as lack luster, and unknowledgeable about the plans, services, or equipment. After spending no less than 2 hours here each visit ( usually for upgrades), I’m usually at home on the phone with customer service for another 2 or more hours because the staff at the store didn’t do something right, explain something right or were just too flat lazy to confirm all my services. The only reason this place even gets a two star is because anytime I want to upgrade my phone they do always have what I want in stock and that much I do appreciate.
