  A decent jewelry store but terrible watch repair place. I brought in a watch for a new battery and they told me they would need to keep it for repairs: one of the screws on the back plate was ground down and they would need to fix it to even get to the battery. Fair enough, I thought... then they didn't call me back when it was done. I didn't hear from them for almost 18 months, and when they finally did call be it was because they were about to sell the watch off because I never picked it up (and I never picked it up because they never told me it was done and had assumed they had lost it). So I finally got the watch back, paid for the repairs and the new battery, and the watch doesn't work. >_>

  Frendly, curtious service. If there's a misunderstanding they correct immediately. Reasonable prices on battery replacements, repairs etc. Trust their knowledge and expertise. I've had them repair, resize, replace stones etc. And have been very satisfied. I'll recommend them
